Peppervine (Ampelopsis arborea)

Peppervine is fairly common native woody vine that occurs in moist to wet areas of the Coastal Plain of North Carolina. It has also been found in one county in the Piedmont and one in the Mountains.

The deciduous leaves are bipinnately compound.
