Salvia mexicana (Mexican Sage)

This rarely planted ornamental is just of many species of Salvias native to Mexico. Spectacular, with large leaves and large purple flowers in late fall.

Zone 7, Sun/Semi-shade, Mesic, 5', purple, fall, native to Mexico.
