Canada Geese (Branta canadensis)

Canada Goose (Branta canadensis)

Canada Geese are familiar large geese, formerly only common in migrant flocks in winter, but now more common as feral "golf course geese". Golf course geese frequently interbreed with domestic Greylag Geese, producing interesting-looking hybrids (not pictured). Compare with the smaller and much rarer Cackling Goose.
